This season, Samo’s boys’ and girls’ swim teams hope to continue setting personal records, dominating league meets, and bonding as a team.

“This year, we are looking forward to participating in big meets like League Championships, and showing everyone what we’re made of,” junior Chum Alvarez-Zakson said.

At their first meet on March 8 at Beverly Hills High School, both the girls’ swim team and the boys’ swim team won their matches.

“I think we all swam very well for our first meet of the season,” junior Andy Lau said.

Samo swim’s next meet is Thursday, March 15th at El Segundo High School.
